NCC Academy ethos
The core ethos of the academy is that of servant-hood. If the goal is greatness then we need to heed to words of Jesus who said “whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant,” (Mt 20:26 NIV) Therefore a mandatory focus and practice of servant hood will be the hallmark of all in the Academy. Integrity is also at the heart of the program so students will build even stronger character to carry their ministry. Teaching is via various text books selected by the stream mentor and will involve an Action Plan that will enable the student to “earth” the teaching to everyday life.
Terminal Outcome
The desired outcome of the 12-month academy is that graduates will be active in the following:
- Great character that can carry the gift / anointing
- Good theological basis for ministry
- An active relationship with someone of the same sex that they can in turn mentor
- A foundation for any form of worship leadership that the Lord may give them.
- A formal NCC Academy Certificate.
